Beskyd's foundry is equipped with electric induction furnaces, a Disamatic 230 moulding line and a continuous jetter. The chemical composition is checked on a SPECTRO emission spectrometer, metallographic structures are detected on an Opton microscope, and hardness is determined on a Brinell hardness tester.

The foundry ensures the production of castings without cores, of the following parameters:

- maximum dimensions: 500 x 300 x 150 mm, or maximum diameter 380mm
- maximum weight: 16 kg
- minimum wall thickness: 3,5mm

Castings are made of material:

- grey cast iron and shaped cast iron

---

Castings are surface treated:

- blasting
- grinding
- dyeing
